The <strong>advantages <\/strong>are <strong>ethical <\/strong>and <strong>economic<\/strong>. The possibility of transporting goods organised in standard cargo units which are concentrated in large terminals for logistics and carried on board vehicles with large cargo capacities, covering long distances with <strong>reduced costs<\/strong> per unit of distance offered the possibility of reducing transport costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to <strong>inter-modality<\/strong> or <strong>multi-modality<\/strong>, synonymous terms, it is possible, depending on the load requirement, to combine different means of transport: <strong>road-rail<\/strong>, <strong>road-sea<\/strong>, <strong>road-air<\/strong> and so on. In this way, you can benefit at the same time from the advantages of each of these means. From the economic point of view this translates into a <strong>reduction in costs<\/strong>, dictated by greater combined transport efficiency.
