Eco-sustainability
A combined transport that promotes a greener business.
In a world where we need to pay more attention to environmental policies, we have decided to embrace the eco-sustainable cause, preferring multi-modality for our transport.
Thanks to consolidated partnerships with major players in the maritime transport market we have decided to strengthen the route by sea, this choice derives from the need to reduce CO2 emissions and negative external factors (pollution, the possibility of accidents, the increasingly problematic road congestion) related to “traditional” transport or the transport of goods by road.
The choice of conversion to inter-modality not only determines an obvious benefit for the environment (you can choose this mode to reduce CO2 emissions to even 66% less than the transport of goods in “all road” mode) optimizes the management of goods flows, reduces time and costs and allows you to consolidate your presence in specific markets and access new ones.
Choosing to further develop combined multimodal transportation represents a successful and cost-effective strategy. On the one hand, inter-modality reduces the costs of the transport on road, avoiding the company hundreds of kilometers on road, which becomes a competitive advantage for our business, but above all for that of our customers.
Grimaldi Group Certification
